Hygiene Practices

Ensuring Good Hygiene Practices and Maintaining a Healthy Workplace

At ATG, the health and safety of our employees, customers, and visitors are our top priorities. We are committed to maintaining a clean and healthy workplace by implementing the following hygiene practices:

  1. Regular Hand Washing: Employees are encouraged to wash their hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Hand sanitizers are available at key locations throughout the workplace.
  2. Good Housekeeping: Workstations, common areas, and frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly. Employees are responsible for keeping their personal workspaces tidy. Monitoring of all spaces including buses is undertaken daily.
  3. Respiratory Hygiene: We promote good respiratory hygiene by providing tissues and no-touch disposal bins. Employees are reminded to cover their mouths and noses with a tissue or elbow when coughing or sneezing.
  4. Health Monitoring: Employees are encouraged to stay home if they feel unwell or exhibit any symptoms of illness. We support flexible work arrangements to accommodate health needs.
  5. Physical Distancing: Where possible, we maintain physical distancing measures to reduce the risk of transmission. Meetings are conducted virtually when feasible.
  6. Education and Training: We provide ongoing education and training on hygiene practices and health protocols to ensure everyone is informed and compliant.
  7. Passengers: Passengers and Visitors of ATG are requested to support these practices which ensures we are able to provide and maintain a healthy environment for all.

By adhering to these practices, we aim to create a safe and healthy environment for everyone at ATG. Together, we can protect our community and promote well-being.
